Professional accounts are open to licensed skincare professionals and the clinics they work in. The application asks for your license details and the services you offer. Every application is reviewed by a person before an account opens.

What an account includes is set out on the partner program page. Distributors apply through distributor partnerships.

• The business name and address, as they appear on your license or registration
• Your license type, license number and the jurisdiction that issued it
• The name of the practitioner who will order and use the products
• The services your clinic offers

After you submit

1. Confirmation. You receive an email confirming the application and listing what you entered.
2. License check. A member of the professional team checks the license against the issuing body.
3. Decision. We reply to every application by email. If anything is missing, we ask for it by email.
4. Account set up. Once approved, you receive your login, the professional price list, access to the documentation center and to the training academy.
5. First order. Order through your account. Every carton carries its expiry date and lot number.

Before the first treatment

Read vial handling and dispensing once before the first vial is opened, and run the consultation and skin mapping protocol before the first client treatment.
