How is the ampoule sealed, and is it sterile?

The vials and stoppers are sterilized before filling. Each ampoule is filled and sealed immediately under a re-enterable butyl stopper and an aluminum crimp, and is drawn from rather than opened, so the contents are not exposed to air across all three applications. The serum is a preserved cosmetic formulation; no regulation in the United States or Canada requires a topical used in microneedling to be sterile. Can these be used with microneedling or nano infusion?

These are professional leave-on cosmetic serums, formulated and sold for topical application, and we do not publish device protocols. How do I open a professional account?

Is there a minimum opening order?

How long does a vial last, unopened and after the first draw?

Unopened, use it by the expiry date printed on the carton. After the first draw, store the vial refrigerated and use it within 28 days. Each vial holds three full applications of 1.5 ml, and it is discarded at 28 days or after the third application, whichever comes first.

How should the vials be stored?

Store unopened vials below 25 °C, away from direct light. Do not freeze. After the first draw, keep the vial refrigerated, upright, in its carton. Full handling: vial handling and dispensing.

What documentation is available to professional accounts?

How do I know a product is authentic?

Is training included with a professional account?

Yes. Partner accounts have access to the training academy: encapsulation fundamentals, consultation and skin mapping, and the claims a clinic can make. Each module ends with an assessment, and completion is recorded on the clinic account.

Which ampoule should I choose?

Choose by how the skin presents at consultation, then by the protocol you run. The ampoule selection guide sets the six sealed vial formulas against presentation and protocol in one table. Brightening NanoSerum contains alpha hydroxy acids, so clients using it need daily sun protection.

Where are Vegalab formulations developed?
