What a partner clinic receives

A Vegalab partner account gives a licensed clinic four things: professional formats at professional pricing, a protocol library with training, a marketing kit, and full product documentation. One account covers all four. The account is open to licensed skincare professionals and the clinics they work in.

1. Professional pricing and formats

The NanoSerum range is supplied in three formats: the sealed vial set of 10 x 5 ml, the 30 ml bottle and the 250 ml back bar bottle. Each vial holds three full applications of 1.5 ml, thirty per box. Every carton carries its expiry date and lot number.

2. Protocols and training

Partner clinics work from a library of 22 professional protocols. Each one states eligibility, contraindications, the steps with amounts and dwell times, aftercare, the home routine and the point of referral. Start with the model protocol, dry-skin hydration, and the assessment every protocol depends on, consultation and skin mapping.

The training academy adds three modules: encapsulation fundamentals, consultation and skin mapping, and the claims a clinic can make about the products it uses. Handling of the sealed vial is covered once, in full, on vial handling and dispensing.

The protocol is the treating professional's clinical decision.

3. Marketing kit

Partner clinics receive the marketing kit: product imagery, protocol cards for the treatment room, menu copy, social templates and in-clinic cards. Every line in the kit is approved wording, so a clinic can publish it as supplied. For anything a clinic writes itself, the claims module sets out what can be said about a cosmetic.

4. Documentation and support

The documentation center holds what a clinic file, an insurer or a regulator asks for: the full ingredient declaration for each formula, lot and expiry traceability, and the manufacturing declaration.
