Training academy
Three modules, one standard
The training academy gives partner clinics three modules: the technology in the formulas, the consultation that selects the protocol, and the words a clinic can use about the products. Each module is online and self-paced, ends with an assessment, and takes under an hour. Live sessions are available on request for partner clinics. Access comes with a professional account.
The modules
1. Encapsulation fundamentals
45 minutes. What an encapsulated active is, how a multi-layer shell holds it, how carrier systems differ, and the claims the technology supports. Built for the moment a client asks what "nano" means. Encapsulation fundamentals
2. Consultation and skin mapping
60 minutes. The assessment every protocol depends on: history, unwashed observation, the pinch test, zone mapping and the record that makes session four comparable with session one. 3. Claims your clinic can make
45 minutes. The test that separates a cosmetic claim from a drug claim, the approved words for a Vegalab product, how to present a procedure and a product on the same menu, and what can go on social media. Claims your clinic can make
Who teaches
Every module is delivered by Vegalab's professional education team.
How the modules connect to the protocols
The modules teach the reasoning. The protocols carry the steps. Partner clinics work from a library of 22 professional protocols. Module 2 is the classroom version of the consultation and skin mapping protocol, and every other protocol, from dry-skin hydration onward, starts from its record. Vial handling is taught once, on vial handling and dispensing.
Assessment and record
Each module ends with a short assessment. A passed assessment is recorded against the practitioner's name on the clinic account. The record shows which modules a practitioner has completed and when.
Scope
The academy covers products, consultation and claims. Procedures and devices are taught within each practitioner's own licensed training. The protocol is the treating professional's clinical decision.
