Nanotechnology: Intelligent Targetted Delivery

Vegalab’s intelligent patent-pending nano-encapsulation platform protects sensitive actives inside multi-layer, biodegradable capsules and releases them only under defined conditions (e.g., pH, enzymes, moisture, temperature, time). This controlled delivery improves stability, reduces premature loss, and increases “on-target” performance—supporting more consistent outcomes across Crop Science, Beauty Science, Health Science, and Biosecurity, while minimizing waste and off-target exposure. This platform has up to 20 programmable layers that responds to 8 independent environmental triggers.

Vegalab nanocapsules can be tuned to respond to any combination of these conditions:

1. pH — Acidic, neutral, or alkaline environments

3. Moisture — Water activation (rainfall, hydration)
4. Temperature — Precise thermal thresholds

Micronization: Micro-Fine Coverage and Penetration

Micronization reduces droplet and particle size so nature-derived oils and actives spread more uniformly, contact targets more effectively, and penetrate faster. In practice, smaller droplets improve coverage on leaves, pests, surfaces, or skin, increasing the functional surface area and helping products perform more consistently—especially in real-world conditions where traditional natural formulations can be limited by poor distribution.

Vegalab further “amplifies” performance through formulation systems that improve oil–water bonding, dispersion stability, and dilution behavior.
