Shipping information
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your destination. Orders in Canada are priced in Canadian dollars; all other destinations are priced in US dollars. Thresholds refer to the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. There is no minimum order.
Beauty Science
Beauty Science orders ship worldwide. Orders over $100 (C$135) ship free to the US and Canada. All other shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and the contents of your cart.
Youlief, Regarden and Super Growers
Youlief, Regarden and Super Growers orders ship worldwide. In the US and Canada shipping is a flat $10 (C$10), and orders of $100 or more (C$100) ship free. Everywhere else shipping is a flat $20, and orders of $200 or more ship free.
Crop Science
Crop Science products ship across the United States and internationally at $20 per shipment plus $5 per gallon, rounded up to the next whole gallon. Free shipping does not apply to Crop Science products, and they are not available for delivery to Canada. Online ordering covers loads up to 50 gallons; for anything larger, contact us for a freight quote.
Crop Science products are not available for delivery to Canada.
How shipping is calculated
Shipping is worked out at checkout, once your destination is known. Each product line is priced by its own rule and the results are added together, so what you pay depends on what is in the cart and where it is going rather than on a single flat figure. Free shipping thresholds are measured on the order subtotal after any discount and before taxes, so a discount code can move an order back below a threshold.
Mixed orders
If your cart contains products from more than one line, each part is charged by its own rule and the amounts are added together at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Before you order
Check the delivery address before you pay, particularly the postcode and any unit or suite number, because a corrected address after dispatch can add a carrier fee and several days. If you are ordering to a business or a farm, give the name the site is known by locally as well as the registered one. Orders to a country other than the United States or Canada are priced in US dollars, and your bank may apply its own conversion.
Tracking your order
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as the order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it leaves us. If tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch it is usually a carrier scan delay rather than a lost parcel, but contact us and we will chase it.
