What the Product Finder does
The finder answers one question: given a crop and a problem, which Vegalab product is the candidate. It works from the same catalog the product pages are built from, so what it returns is the current range for the region you pick rather than a general list - registrations and availability differ by market, and a product that fits your problem is no use if it is not registered where you farm.
Start from either end. If you know the pest or disease, search the problem and the finder returns the products that address it; if you are planning a season, start from the crop and read across the problems it commonly faces. Either route lands on the product page, where the actives, the dilution rate, the application method and the timing are set out in full.
What it does not do is diagnose. If you are not certain what you are looking at, identify it first in the Pest & Disease Library, which carries photographs, identification plates and the cues that separate look-alike problems - several of the most common mistakes in the field are two diseases that present almost identically on the leaf and respond to different programs.
Once you have the product, the Rate Calculator works out how much concentrate and water your block needs. Registrations, claims and availability vary by jurisdiction - the applicable label always governs.
