One distributor per territory
Vegalab Beauty Science appoints distributors by territory. A distributor holds the professional channel in its market: it registers the products, holds stock, supplies clinics and supports them. Clinics in an appointed territory order through the distributor.

What a distributor receives
The range. The NanoSerum range in three formats: the sealed vial set of 10 x 5 ml, the 30 ml bottle and the 250 ml back bar bottle. Format roles are set out on professional formats.
Registration documentation. The full ingredient declaration for each formula, lot and expiry traceability on every carton, and the manufacturing declaration. What exists and how to request it is on the documentation center.
Manufactured in conformity with ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP guidelines. A Supplier's Declaration of Conformity issued in accordance with ISO/IEC 17050-1 is available to professional accounts.
Clinic materials. The marketing kit, the training academy and the library of 22 professional protocols, for use with the clinics in the territory. The six-week client course is the protocol most distributors lead with, because it turns a single treatment into a course.
Product handling. One handling standard for the sealed vial, written once, on vial handling and dispensing.
What we ask for
Registration capability. The ability to notify or register cosmetic products in the territory, or an arrangement with a regulatory agent who does. The regulatory position in our own markets is on regulatory status.
Storage. Store unopened vials below 25 °C, away from direct light. Do not freeze. Standard ambient transport applies.
Traceability. Records that tie every unit sold to a clinic back to a lot number, so a lot can be located within a working day.
Professional channel discipline. Supply to licensed professionals and their clinics. Marketplace listings and unlicensed resale are outside the agreement.
Documentation. Your company registration, the territories you cover now, the clinics or professional channels you supply, and any cosmetic registrations you already hold.
Where the science is developed
The formulations are Swiss developed, in Zug, Switzerland. Manufactured in conformity with ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP guidelines. The detail is on Swiss developed.
