Vegalab S.A. is headquartered at Aegeristrasse 5, 6300 Zug, Switzerland.

NanoVeil is Vegalab's multi-layer nano-encapsulation platform. NanoVeil builds a multi-layer biopolymer shell around an active, up to 20 programmable layers, so the active is held stable until defined conditions release it. The mechanism is on How encapsulation works.

The manufacturing standard

Manufactured in conformity with ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP guidelines. What that standard covers is on Manufacturing and GMP. Supporting documents for professional accounts are listed on Documentation.

For the sealed vial sets, the vials and stoppers are sterilized before filling. Each vial is filled and sealed immediately under a butyl stopper and a 20 mm aluminum crimp with a flip-off cap. The serum is a preserved cosmetic formulation. The format is described on The sealed vial format.

Every carton carries its expiry date and lot number.

Registration in each market

FDA does not approve cosmetics, and no cosmetic product in the United States carries FDA approval or an FDA certificate. Under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act, cosmetic facilities register with FDA and products are listed with their ingredients; Vegalab's facility registration and product listing have been filed.
