Each sealed 5 ml ampoule holds three full applications: about 1.5 ml covers a face and neck, so a box of ten covers thirty treatments. Draw a dose through the stopper, then store the ampoule refrigerated and use it within 28 days. For professional use, under professional guidance.

The ampoule is closed with a rubber stopper held by a 20 mm aluminium crimp, finished with a flip-off button in the centre. Flip the button off with your thumb. Leave the aluminium ring and the rubber stopper in place, and draw the dose through the stopper with a syringe. The ampoule is never opened, so the contents stay as sealed across all three applications. After the first draw, store it refrigerated and use it within 28 days.

No. The formula contains sericin and fibroin, which are silk-derived proteins, and chitosan, which is shellfish-derived. None of them is a trace contaminant; all three are there deliberately and are doing a job in the formulation. Our next production run removes the chitosan, and we are still deciding on the silk proteins. When either changes we will say so on this page and date the change.
