The humectant system

The formula is carried by six water-binding ingredients: Glycereth-26, Butylene Glycol, Sodium PCA, Betaine, Trehalose and Ectoin. They sit in the upper half of the declaration.

Each works the same basic way. A humectant attracts and holds water, and a combination of humectants with different sizes and structures holds it across a wider range of conditions than one alone. Sodium PCA is a component of the skin's own natural moisturizing factor. Betaine and trehalose are small molecules that bind water. Ectoin is an amino acid derivative that organisms use to hold water under stress. Two ingredients close the declaration: Sodium Hyaluronate and Ceramide NP. They are the two smallest components in the formula. Format facts, sealed ampoule

These apply to the sealed ampoule set only.

The vials and stoppers are sterilized before filling. Each ampoule is filled and sealed immediately under a butyl stopper and a 20 mm aluminum crimp with a flip-off cap. The serum is a preserved cosmetic formulation.

Three full applications per vial. Thirty per box. After the first draw, refrigerate and use within 28 days. Every carton carries its expiry date and lot number.

Manufactured in conformity with ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP guidelines.
