Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Water, Glycolic Acid, Glycerin, Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid, Mandelic Acid, 1,2-Hexanediol, Lactic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Trideceth-9, Bisabolol, Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Tromethamine.
Glycerin, niacinamide and tranexamic acid are present at the same concentration, so their order relative to each other is a presentation choice.
Finished pH: 3.6, measured from the batch record.
How the formula is built
The acid system. Glycolic acid is the second ingredient. Mandelic acid and lactic acid follow further down. All three loosen the bonds between surface skin cells, so the surface looks smoother and reflects light more evenly. Sodium hydroxide and tromethamine adjust the pH, which sets how active the acids are on skin. The research on each is on the pages for glycolic acid, mandelic acid and lactic acid.

Supporting ingredients. Bisabolol is included for skin comfort. PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and trideceth-9 are solubilizers that hold the formula together.
