Spider Mite Control is a pesticide used to control mites and other soft body insects. Mites are known to feed and damage hundreds of crop species. Plant oil extracts in SMC disrupt the breathing of mites and also prevent laid eggs from hatching. SMC is a safe, all-natural alternative to conventional pesticides and does not cause resistance development after continuous use.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Spider Mite Control uses natural cottonseed, peppermint, and rosemary oil extracts, in combination with geraniol, as the active ingredients to reach the highest level of efficacy, while greatly reducing the environmental impact of using this product. The oils biodegrade naturally under warm conditions and do not leave any harmful residues behind. SMC kills spider mites and soft body insects effectively on contact. SMC is amplified and dual nano-encapsulated which allows for tank compatibility with no tank pH issues.
MODE OF ACTION
Spider Mite Control blocks the breathing holes of spider mites, so they die by suffocation. In addition, it also deactivates the eggs and prevents hatching. Spider Mite Control also causes reproductive disruption among female spider mites, leading to infertility or mites that don’t develop to an adult stage.
TRIALS
Trials on heavily infested almond trees, grapes, cucurbits, citrus, melons and strawberry plants have shown a 95% control against spider mites. Trials on heavily infested blueberries, lettuce, celery, grapes, walnuts, pistachios, apples, and cherries have shown a 94% control against other soft body insects such as aphids, scale, thrips, worms and mites.

APPLICATION RATES
The mix rate for Spider Mite Control concentrate is 0.17 fl. oz. (1 tsp.) or 5.1 mL per one gallon (3.79 L) of water. SHAKE OR MIX THOROUGHLY!
